This is why flexible dieting works.

Don’t be that person that goes on holiday and still tracks or counts calories - that’s not what life should be like.

Tracking your food is a great tool to use if you have a specific goal to reach, want to reach your protein target and make sure you are nourishing your body the proper way but we also should know when to take a break and eat mindfully. We shouldn’t feel restricted, fear food or fear that we might gain a kilo on holiday - it’s probably water weight or 💩 and it will all go down in a matter of days. It takes a minimum of 3000 calories a day to gain 1kg of fat in a week so please stop worrying and eat that cookie 🍪
