City of Support

City of Support This is a companion page to our C.I.T.Y. of Support-Children In Therapy and You FB Group, helping to keep our community informed of events in our area.

Our mission is to build a supportive community of caregivers through accessible and inclusive opportunities with resources that connects families navigating the needs of their child in any therapy, regardless of diagnosis.

We are looking to compile a list of resources/professionals who work with families with children in therapy who do not have a traditional office space. 🏢

Are you a mental health provider, school advocate, attorney, or financial planner well-versed in special needs issues? Maybe you work from home, on zoom, or travel to families' homes...Please add your name in the comments or send us an email/PM: hello@cityofsupport.org.

C.I.T.Y. of Support is thinking about new opportunities that might be of specific interest to this population of caregivers.

Thank you to the for this meaningful recognition and your years of support. ❤️

Cool Opportunity for our C.I.T.Y. Families...

As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, City of Support is occasionally notified of opportunities to purchase a large number of a particular product in a bulk order from a vendor. For the first time, we have access to an item that we think might be appealing to families with children in therapy, and we are excited to pass this opportunity along to our families. We currently have access to hundreds of sleeveless youth compression shirts in black and white (for a limited time and as supplies last).

Compression shirts are frequently discussed in therapy sessions as potential accommodations for children; however, as always, we recommend talking with your therapist/pediatrician before starting any new protocol.

We are excited to offer this FREE garment to our C.I.T.Y. of Support community (1 per child), as supplies last. Please complete the form below before Wednesday, 3/18/26 at 11:59pm for each child interested in receiving this compression shirt.
