Say hello to Dr. Gonder. Dr. Morgan Gonder brings a compassionate approach to helping patients reclaim their lives from chronic pain. A Kansas City native, she trained at Emory and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society—an honor that reflects her commitment to patient-centered care.

Her philosophy?
"Every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe healing begins with empathy and trust."

At Sano, Dr. Gonder leads with empathy, advanced techniques, and a collaborative spirit—working closely with our integrated spine and pain team to ensure every patient receives seamless, personalized care.

Meet “pickleball elbow” (the new tennis elbow) – caused by repetitive swings, tight paddle grips, and long matches.

Caused by repetitive or strenuous activities involving wrist extension and forearm rotation, such as playing tennis, painting, or using a screwdriver. Common symptoms include pain, tenderness, and weakness on the outside of the elbow. The pain may radiate down the forearm and worsen with activities that involve gripping or lifting.

Our elbow specialists at Sano see it all the time. Their advice?
✔️ Warm up your forearm muscles before you play
✔️ Use the right grip size
✔️ Rest and stretch between games
✔️ Don’t push through persistent pain
