Clove essential oil has a spicy, warm, woody aroma and has a myriad of benefits. Remember, Clove is a strong oil so be sure to always dilute before applying topically. If you plan on applying to gums or teeth, dilute with a carrier oil that is safe for internal use, such as olive oil.

How did we get here?

Welcome to Custom Fit Wellness!

It is time to be healthier, happier and more full of life. Many of you are like us, busy with sport practices and games, day jobs and taxiing kids everywhere. Most of us need a change, a healthy investment in us. That is where we can come in.

Believe it or not, we found time to partner a business with doTERRA essential oils. The whole family has been using them for the past year and it has been a game changer. For starters, Reese uses Lavender to calm down and get a good night’s sleep. TJ uses them for aches and pains, and a healthy additive to foods, and Toni uses them for clarity and focus.

If you are like us, you have heard of essential oils but don’t know what they are or where to start with using them. This is where we can help. Combining TJ’s knowledge of the body, sports medicine and fitness and Laura’s deep understanding of the oils and their indicated uses, we can help you begin to take your first steps toward a healthier you. It is simply another tool needed to reach your optimal health. Thousands of years can’t be wrong.
