🚨 November hours .effect 🚨

Note: for those clients interested, we accept HSA/FSA payments! If you have an FSA, most plans close on Dec 31!

This means that if you have FSA money outstanding, you need to spend it so you do not lose it!

Our normal AND mobility sessions are covered by these funds. If you are hurting, in pain, or feel like your movement is restricted, let us know!

Check out our last post for more information on the R&M membership! We will be in the gym on Saturday morning to get people signed up, as well as answer any questions!

Remedy Recovery and Mobility (R&M) monthly membership is coming soon!!

We are excited to continue our partnership with .effect and offer some awesome recovery equipment to members who are interested!

Here’s the deal:

•chose the monthly membership level you want, based on how many mobility sessions you want each year with Dr. Matt.

•chose if you want the package to include free 20-min sessions on a monthly basis

•use the recovery equipment as often as you would like 😎

We will be hosting a morning meet and greet session on July 15 at the gym to get those who are interested signed up!
