THE MOST POWERFUL S*X I’VE EVER HAD… WAS ENERGETIC. ✨
It wasn’t skin on skin.
It wasn’t moans or movement.
It was soul contact.
And it lit me up from the base of my spine to the crown of my head.
There was no touch yet I felt completely opened.
My breath deepened. My body softened. My womb ached in the best way.
I was activated.
Not from what he did,
but from the presence he held.
🜁 His words sent pulses through my hips.
🜁 His gaze dripped like honey across my chest.
🜁 His masculine intention in the background steady, clean, and conscious , fu**ed me open without ever touching me.
It wasn’t lust.
It was life force.
Creation energy surged through me like wildfire 
My cycle sped up. My appetite changed. My senses sharpened.
I didn’t need sleep, food, or even a single plan.
I could live off that frequency alone.
This wasn’t about a man.
This was about the portal that opened in me when I was fully seen,
fully met,even in a brief moment
and completely safe to surrender.
I became the divine feminine in motion 
not for him,
but because his container awakened it in me.
And when it left, when he left?
Oh, it burned. I cried, I became a storm, fury all the unmet needs I hadn’t given myself.
Another piece of my soul resurrected through feeling.
I wasn’t craving him. YES CONNECTION. But 
I was craving me, the alive me. 
that version of me he helped me remember.
The one who is turned on by truth.
The one who radiates when she’s safe.
The one who knows now, without question, what it feels like to be fully met even for a moment.
the blueprint has been etched into my spine.
The memory lives in my bones.
And when the right one arrives?
I won’t need to wonder.
I’ll feel it in every cell.

🜂 Just fire.

In light of my 34th birthday coming up I’d love to open my home to host a group
🌀Sound Ceremony
Next Saturday 5th July 6.30pm-8.30pm or whenever you feel like leaving (open to chats, snacks and tea after)

This night will be about community connection, group healing and support as we come together to send our light & intent to the world to grow together. It’s been something close to my heart growing louder each week that we are more segregated than ever.

This space will be similar to my past group events (inner dance) but with a little less structure and depending on how many people want to come you may need to sit (not lay down)

Most are baby boomers who were raised during times were women left work to care for family with no super Annuation, are divorced or widowed nor financially literacy or assets to their name.

ALCHEMY, W**D & BODY INTELLIGENCE✨

I experimented with w**d for 3 days in a row. I haven’t drank alcohol for years, I don’t drink caffeine (until recently). I train hard then do gentle movements , I love putting my body into experiences that challenge or transform myself because IT ASKS FOR IT.

🌿 Day 1: Deep body awareness. My spine, hips, joints—everything came alive.
🌿 Day 2: Dull. Almost nothing. The magic wasn’t there.
🌿 Day 3: Felt final. Like the experience had given me what I came for.

My intention was never recreational, it was a portal into deeper inner awareness.

W**d helped me release thought patterns I’ve looped on since childhood.
It was like this: being high blocked the emotional memory of certain feelings.
There’s a separation that happens you become so detached from the emotional experience that you finally have mental space to process without spiralling.
Meanwhile, the body moves and opens like its own separate entity.

✨ My body could move instinctively.
✨ My mind could breathe without emotional weight.
✨ My emotions could be gently stored for integration later—not suppressed, just on pause.

It showed me how I used to hold everything in the body for way too long before releasing. And how healing it is now to somatically process in real-time.

But also—I’m not about numbing the full experience of life.
Yes, w**d is a tool. But for me? Nothing replaces the intensity of sober feeling.
Colours, taste, sound, human connection—all of it feels deeper, more electric, when I’m fully clear and alive to it.

I didn’t even get the munchies.
That blew my mind.
In the past, food was my emotional strategy—comfort, reward, regulation.
But my healing around food is landing.
My body didn’t want snacks, it wanted movement. Aliveness.
That’s what real embodiment looks like.
Now this was wild:
I could literally choose how high I felt.
I could talk to my brain, amplify it or soften it.

Even choose not to feel high if I wanted.
That kind of faculty over my mind and body?
Made me feel powerful as f**k.
