Peace and Blessings Fam, I hope you all are doing well! One of my family members said they hadn't seen me online in a while and of course that makes sense. Life happens and it is important to take a step back to reflect. Another reflection tool that helps me to keep my cool and slow down is my Positive Affirmations curriculum. Being at the Sacramento Banana Festival August 20-21st brought back so many memories that it reignited my passion to be where the people are and sharing what I have learned and what I am learning today. To support more of my people being able to have the tool of positive affirming poetry and exercises in their grasp. The I AM books will go on sale September 1st-September 30th. Please do share with your family, friends and community members seeking more social and emotional practices to incorporate more positivity into their lives. I hope you all are getting ready to love yourself more and more each day, as we transition from Summer vibes to a Fall drive and prepare for another breath of life to be the best you today! I Am Healthy! Affirming greatness must be a consistent job! I do this on a daily even if I don’t post online. I am working on sharing more with you all however, I am an active present mom of 3 children committed to seeing my community of pan-African families heal and thrive. I have been abused and treated less than human and I am standing for justice for me, my family and yours.

To stand for each other, I believe we must stand strong for, and within ourselves.

Healing from all angles is a must towards holistic health! Take the time to love and heal today. Your worth it!

Peace and Blessings family! As I rest and recover, Nakia's Peace of Life is being revived and back in motion after a period of building and reflection.

I know, I know, you are just excited as I am to see Nakia's Peace of Life back in motion, and your not alone.

Here is a current initiative our team is working on to connect with Non-profits all over that are ready to be the change they wish to see in the world. As a result of working with us underrepresented and underserved youth ages 3-18th, feel loved, appreciated, EMPOWERED and fully charged to be the change they wish to see in the world! This mindset influences their families and communities to not only wish for change but to be the change they wish to see!
