ten days until the north face bear mountain challenge......we have runners entered in the 50 mile, marathon, and half marathon races.........anyone else out there doing one??? see you there -- may 5 and 6 at bear mtn/harriman!

3 hr trail run this am -- nice job boys -- north face endurance challenge is one month away - we have members doing every distance -- 50 miles, 50k, marathon, and half marathon... may 5 at bear mountain - who else is up for the challenge??

sunday run is on 03/24 -- top of skyline in oakland-- early group meet 7:00am --run by 7:15 late group meet 7:45 - run by 8am email dan for more info.....combo laps around lake and trails.......go till 9:45am or whenever you want......

sunday run is on 02-19 -- meet at top of skyline in oakland for 1 - 1.5hr trail run......7:45am(run starts 8am) if you know anyone else -- pass this along or bring 'em! we will be there every sunday..some of us are marathon training( or other distance races) for early spring and would love the company! thanks---

NJ Trail series race 2(10 miles)......the team does it again....Ed Ackerly 1st overall.....Dan Lenc 3rd overall and Bill Dorney 6th overall......finishing 2011 on high note!!!!!

NJ trail series 10k race 1 results --- 3 team runners in the top ten overall.........Dan Lenc 5th overall.....Ken Schmarge 9th overall, and Earl Jones 10th overall.......next race Saturday Dec 17th ---Trail Ten Miler......................

The team will be racing the NJ Trail series 10K this Saturday morning 9am...start point is William Paterson University Lot #6 - race in the trails of High Mountain Park Preserve.......see you there!

Dan Lenc takes first in age group 35-39 at Greenwood Tri last Sunday --- join the team at the Ramsey Run 5k this Saturday Sep 17 -- 9:45am!

is competing at the Wyckoff/Franklin Lakes Triathlon this Saturday....Start time is 6:45am at The Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. Last year we had 4 members in the top 100(800 entrants) including Ed Ackerly in 14th overall and Dan Lenc(55th) 3rd in Male 30-34 age group. See you there...............

Sunday group run is on --- meet back at our "home" base--top of skyline parking lot for laps around the lake--7:30am early group or 8:00 late group - or come when you want and meet us at the bottom--laps around lake so you can do as much as you want........

huge day for the team............."Fast" Ed Ackerly wins(overall) the Greenwood Lake Triathlon and Dan Lenc takes 6th overall and 1st place in the 35-39 age group!!

won the 5k team challenge at the Shepherds Lake 5k last Saturday.....Ed Ackerly was 3rd overall(out of over 300 runners), Bill Dorney 1st place Male 30-39, and Dan Lenc 2nd place Male 30-39. Next race is the Ridgewood Run on Memorial Day!
