Hi, I'm Allecia Vella and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Esthetician and Holistic Health Practitioner. As a wife with curly hair(often straightened) and a mom of two we strive daily to be humbling Christians. Educated by the World's Largest Nutrition School the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a holistic health coach I will work with those needing coaching and guidance on how to eat right for their individual needs. I will work with those who are lacking energy, experiences stomach aches, is often bloated, has skin issues like eczema/psoriasis and those who suspect candida overgrowth. Nutrition goes far beyond food....understanding environmental and emotional components helps you to connect the mind, body and spirit to create harmony for optimal health. I will offer three and six month programs in addition to wellness seminars and fitness programs. Keep a look out for specialty workshops and specials like my favorite "fridge and pantry raids" .....
