Fancy something fun to start each day this week? You can do this whether you’re in lockdown or not! And don’t stress if you skip a day
keep it light and fun! 💃đŸ•șenjoy!

Happy Lockdown Monday you absolute bad asses!

Welcome to your no stress, no fuss lockdown style challenge.

I’m trying to bring a bit of fun to your week. This is a no stress challenge. I’d love for you to share your looks by tagging me and using but there are no rules and no fashion police, so you won’t get in trouble if you don’t.

Try new things, throw caution to the wind and see where it lands for you. Don’t forget to take pics so you can recall what you loved and wear it again! Save it to an album on your phone or print out and pop on your wardrobe wall or door.

Happy styling Sisterhood.

You may be feeling a range of emotions right now like anger, anxiety, helplessness , sadness. Or you may be feeling relief in having stepped off life’s busy treadmill.

However you’re feeling right now is ok and normal for you. Our emotions come and go all the time, but things may feel heightened at the moment, especially when our resilience is lower.

There is much outside of our control at the moment. The only thing we can control is our response.

It’s ok to feel the feels for a short time, but then it’s about changing state and moving forward.

🏃 Can you do some movement (a proven way to manage stress)?
😄 Can you do something you really enjoy to get your happy hormones surging (eg listen to your favourite songs or watch a favourite tv show)?
👹‍🔧 Or can you distract yourself with a task that needs to be done (eg clean the pantry, or do some weeding) so you feel a sense of achievement?

Small actions right now can really help support your health and wellbeing. Stay safe x

For those in lockdown....here's a question:
Have you set your boundaries?

The last few months we've had a lot going on as a family...one thing was that we moved house and to be honest it was the most stressful move we've done. I didn't think I had the mental capacity to deal with much more and was relieved that we were in the new house and starting to get ourselves sorted. When lockdown came. Ahhhhhh......

My husband and I like a good debate and discussion but I made it very clear to him on day 1 of lockdown that I would not be engaging in the whys and wherefores of what was going on. I simply didn't have space in my brain and needed to draw a line. I had to focus on things in our immediate world that I had already committed to - and to our family. As time has gone on, I don't feel so much like this, and have gradually started to lean in to the lockdown and let go of some of the pressures I put myself under. (Note: the responsibilities haven't gone away - I am just looking at them differently).

It's important to start where you're at, acknowledge that this lockdown may look and feel different for you, and to put boundaries in place to help you get through.

What boundary have you set - or would you like to set?

(Photo of today's lockdown attire, to give you a giggle!!!)

Although I've always loved going for walks for pleasure and with the family, they have never been a conscious part of my exercise routine...but having not been able to run for the past few months, I have embraced the joy of a morning walk in the fresh air.
Listening to music helps me walk at a reasonable pace, and I absolutely love the views on days like this. It sets me up for the day, and I really feel the benefits for my physical and mental health.
Who else is a walker? 😀

My Story

Leading a busy life, trying to manage the juggle, being all things to all people, plus trying to find time to keep track of your own health. I know all about the reality of life!

Helping others find their way to better health in a practical and easy-to-implement way that is right for them, their body and lifestyle is something I am super passionate about.

Let me introduce myself - I’m Sian, mum of two boys, wife, business owner, keen trail runner, volunteer – and Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach!

Despite having common experiences in life, each one of us is different, which means each one of us needs a different approach. Some of us are night owls, some are early birds. Some like wearing black, others can’t walk past fuchsia pink!
