As a birth doula I believe that our bodies know how to birth our babies, and I want to provide all of my clients with the holistic tools needed to guide them to that knowledge. Even if you don't plan to have an unmedicated birth, I can help you navigate what interventions are best for you. When you feel confident during and after birth, I truly feel that you will have more trust in yourself as a p

arent and it can help facilitate an extraordinary bond with your baby. It is my passion to help birthing people have the most positive birth experience possible by providing evidence based information, emotional and physical comfort and unbiased support for any type of birth my clients wish to have. As a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International and a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Children's Center for Breastfeeding, I have been honored to serve families since March 2016.
