When is the last time you experienced forest bathing? Yesterday, I put on my snow gear, snow pants and all, strapped on my snowshoes and went out into the woods. I picked a spot under some pine trees, near a running waterfall and just plopped myself onto the snow covered earth and viewed the beautiful blue skies through the green pine needles and witnessed the sunshine peaking through the clouds. This was my meditation for the day.

Can the aroma of wood essential oils replicate the immune-boosting effects of walking in a forest?
