You hear the word, 'consistency' all the time from fitness and nutrition experts. But what does that really mean. It means, getting up with the alarm to workout anyway even when you stayed up too late. It's walking into the kitchen to cheat on your diet because you've been good for so many days and finding it somewhere within yourself to walk back out. It's saying no to alcohol many, many more times than you say yes. It's going to workout even when you only have time to do half. Because every little grain of consistent behavior adds up. Stay persistent. Stay consistent.
