Hi my name is Renee, I believe that everyone has the ability to heal themselves naturally, they just need a little direction to kick start the process. Reiki is the gentle channeling of energy to help boost your natural ability to heal yourself. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, boost your immune system, clear blocks that are holding you back and even relax you for a more peaceful nights sleep. I love to use doTERRA essential oils during my Reiki sessions to help support people on an emotional and physical level. I am a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA, and use their amazing oils and other products on my gorgeous family and I on a daily basis to help energise and brighten us up in the mornings, I use their skin care and hair care products, support my sons asthma, boost our immune systems, clean the house, deal with our muscle aches and pains, help us get to sleep, the list just goes on and one. I also offer AromaTouch Technique sessions which use 8 specific doTERRA essential oils to help with stress management, boosts your immune system, helps support any inflammatory issues your may have and allows your body to relax. Having an AromaTouch Technique helps introduce you to the oils so you can experience the benefits of them firsthand.
