How did you not know they say . Well the fact is I did. I knew it was not right. I had thought of every reason to leave . And every reason to stay.
I just had not realised I was being abused. I had not acnowledge the cycle I was trapped in was abuse.

I faught it every day alone in my head and my heart and on some days I needed to release it. To be told I'm crazy then treated like dirt be abuse I was emotional. Apparently getting emotional in his eyes was giving him s**t. He dis not want to hear it or acknowledge it. Even had his mother treating me bad because he made her believe his lies. Lies he created to protect his image. Fact is all along he knew what he was doing.

🔥What is on my mind this morning. 🔥

A lot as you can imagine.

I woke up and see a video of.....

Ukrainians feeding a Russian soldier and calling his mum...

This is Humanity at its best.

We must pray for everyone... Both sides..

Stop hate towards the Russians and send them love.

You don't fight hate with hate. You fight hate with love...

While there is war in a part of the world ... And while this goes on, the rest of humanity in the world continues with their own personal battles.

Remember to love yourselves.. I am hearing loudly today.

I am not talking about love yourself with ego.

I am talking about love yourself with compassion. With forgiveness. Be kind to yourself..

God tells me those who are in war

They do not love others.

They find it hard to show love.

Or direct thoughts of love

It is because they are not loving there self first.

Help heal this world by healing yourselves.

And you start this with self-love..
When you have love for yourself and others, you will shine an inner light so bright.

This is the light the world needs....

The world needs your light...
