I am an ER doctor by training, but my thoughts on health and wellness have significantly changed over the last 6 years. I truly believe that the human body has the ability to heal itself if you just give it the right environment and tools. I want to provide people with the "wisdom to heal thyself". My dream is to eventually have my own medical practice where I focus on health coaching, but also utilize my medical degree when necessary.
