Liberate Your Voice... this Thursday 11 April
Every Thursday evening for 5 weeks, we will explore the beauty of your voice and discover your hidden treasures. The sound of your voice has a deep and ancient connection to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body. And you will be held in a nurturing, safe and sacred space.

This week we will be sounding with the magic of colour and with Aura Soma®.

Firstly we will do some easy voice warm up exercises to get you in the flow... and then we will come into some amazing Soul Voice® techniques that move your voice to a new sonic landscape and heightened level of awareness.

Each week we will focus on creating a new dimension within your vocal range. We will begin with heart opening sounds, including hummimg, also with colour, chakras, animal medicine, the four elements and more.

Join Aurora Frances in this incredible Thursday series exploring your voice... and leaving you feeling more confident, strong and grounded. No experience necessary.
