Our mission is to encourage Christian believers to live a physicall Mira! is Christian dance fitness with a Latin beat! The Mira!

PraiseMoves involves deep stretching, gentle movements, diaphragmatic breathing, and a strong emphasis on God's Word, the Bible. Each PraiseMoves posture has a corresponding scripture to focus on. PraiseMoves promotes weight loss, stress relief, flexibility, strength, and balance. It has been referred to as the Christian alternative to Zumba. The basic dance steps have corresponding scriptures, so

that even during an aerobic workout the students are being filled and encouraged with the Word of God. In addition to Latin songs with Christian themes, we also include popular songs with powerful Gospel messages. foundation scripture is:
