Hello!

Hey there! I'm Amber and I am a ranch wife to Jay, mama to our sweet boy Judd, and dog mom to Chief. We live in north central Kansas. I am a former elementary teacher turned full-time work at home mom! I am a virtual health/fitness coach and virtual assistant! I love helping women grow not only in their health, fitness, and confidence, but I also love helping women achieve their business dreams by freeing up their time so they can focus on the activities they love and that move their business forward, all while being present for their families! My goal is to empower other women and entrepreneurs to live healthy lives, dream big, and take action!
