⭐️Members receive this printable 🖨worksheet OR you can upload it to your tablet/phone and use your markup app📲 to fill this Shopping List out.

I'm always eager to learn new recipes and products you find during your shopping errand.

👩🏼‍🏫HOW TO USE THIS WORKSHEET:

1) Look through your refrigerator to see what you have leftover from the week before. This will give you an idea of what you can make next week with the ingredients you currently have.

Write these down in the 💛Yellow Box

2) From the list you made in the 💛Yellow Box, begin adding the ingredients you need for specific meals you want to make next week.

Ask yourself what you can use from the 💛Yellow Box to create a meal for the week ahead?

Write these ingredients in the ❤️Red Box

You are pretty much set with these 2 Lists filled out. The last step is kind of like a 💎BONUS💎 and a simple part of this process that has come in very handy when something unexpected happens in your schedule.

3) The last box is labeled "Back-Up Meals". It's as simple as that. and I have a list of takeout and restaurants we can use as back-up meals only if something unpredictable comes up and we have to practice agility with our meal prep.

🧩5 SIMPLE STEPS OF MY MEAL-PREP⁠

📆WEEKLY REVIEW - Determine How Busy Your Week Is Going To Be⁠

👩🏼‍🍳KITCHEN CHECK - To See What You Still Have From Previous Week⁠

🎨CREATE MEALS - Based On Daily Schedule (ie: If its a busy client day, then I make a simple, yet still nutritious meal - just one that does not require too much effort) Write out your meal plan in your planner⁠

📝CREATE SHOPPING LISTS - organize by different stores (ie: I get some products from Whole Foods and some from Costco)⁠

🧩PRACTICE AGILITY - Things happen! Sometimes you may have to shift your meals around or simply choose to eat out depending on the situation. Stick to your plan as much as possible. However, be flexible when needed. ⁠

My Big Purpose for Anatomy Nerd Lifestyle Coaching

Hi there, my name is Vanessa Ragains AKA The Anatomy Nerd!

I choose the name Anatomy Nerd because that is how I view myself, an Anatomy Nerd. My understanding of how the body moves, the knowledge that I have gained in Nutrition and keeping a healthy mindset have been the main ways that I have had a Total Body Transformation.

I want everyone to understand the Anatomy Nerd Lifestyle. I believe that we can Launch Our Personal Power to control what we put into our body (Nutrition), how we move our body (Movement), and what thoughts we let into our minds (Mindset). We have to address all of these in order to be balanced. That is when radical habit change can begin!

I bring together people who feel stuck and defeated in their health to discover what foods and lifestyle habits are bringing their body down so that we can reduce the number of people who lack mobility or suffer from disease as we age.
