✨Feeling so refreshed after meeting with
my soul sister Joining Jessica! 🥂💕I love dreaming & collaborating with her as we share the same, undeniable call on our hearts to put every ounce of energy into our god given passion. We are here to SERVE & INSPIRE the community around us with our professions and personal testimonies of overcoming the odds for an abundance of health in our future. We’ve suffered, we’ve conquered chronic illness, and now we’re here to show you the way!✨

With that I am excited to claim that I am taking the leap into self employment to better serve the call on my heart the Lord has given me many months ago. 🙌🏽

With this decision I am letting go of fears of failure, finances, and judgement. I am releasing all insecurity and not knowing what the future holds!

In honor of re-opening day I thought I would share a little bit about how my love for Enjoy pure food + drink originated.

After growing up in a small town where eating well was virtually inaccessible and often socially isolating, I discovered a whole new world as I walked into Enjoy Pure Food + Drink. I automatically felt celebrated. Their mission of community resonated with me and made me realize what piece was missing from my health journey – a sense of belonging and community. It sparked something in me to find confidence in my lifestyle choices, to branch out, to share and connect with other like-minded individuals.

Enjoy Pure Food + Drink eliminates the hard work for the customer and makes a whole food diet feel like an attainable lifestyle rather than a punishment or isolation.

Fun fact: I spent my very first Valentines Day with Jeremy..

- Alone in my dorm room
- Ugly crying
- Watching "He's Just Not that Into You" annnnd
- Shoving my face with any chocolate in sight because I communicated that I "didn't like" Valentines Day and he took me literally (anyone who knows Jeremy probably is not surprised 😂).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's the best thing he could have done. He changed my stubborn heart and showed my strong willed personality from the start that real love isn't about playing the "chase me" or "figure me out" game. It's about communicating your needs (even if it's: "I want you to write me love letters, but I don't want to admit it because I don't want to be that girl... But I am totally that girl.”)

I have confidence in forever because you sweep me off my feet on random week days, when I haven't washed my hair or put myself together. You love me even harder during the hard times, and you don't play games with my heart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cheers to cheesy valentines days together forever, built on a solid foundation of from the get go.

PLEASE read to the end -

Some days I am stopped in my tracks, completely in awe of how able our God is. Today I am thanking him for having plans so much bigger & more powerful than I could have EVER imagined. I think about where I am today & many people see THIS "able" / “normal” version of me, but here's where I've been.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This picture shows a smile, but:
I was HEART BROKEN.
I was sick.
I didn't understand WHY.
I felt alone even though I had so many people who loved me.
I felt misunderstood and isolated.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But I was freaking SAVED.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It took surrender.
It took NOT understanding, but trusting anyway.
It took a lot of tears.. a LOT of ugly cries alone in on my bathroom floor in a hotel room hundreds of miles from home.
It took shutting out EVERY person who said I couldn't because I listened to a God who knew I could, with Him & through Him alone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today, there are THREE patients at Oasis of Healing that I have personally "journeyed" with to get them there. A middle aged man, a woman in her 30's, and a mother of 4 children. I've thought...

What would have happened if I kept all of this to myself?
If I just snuck away and didn't tell anyone the hard stuff?
I mean, I certainly wasn't gaining popularity amongst my 20 something friends by sharing how I put a tube of green coffee in my b***y every morning to heal 😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It was all worth it because of people like these 3. ALL it takes is ONE story. What is your story? The one that isn't "normal"? The one that is painful? The one that isn't glamorous? The thing you never thought you'd have to go through? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now, HOW can you use it to help other people? Because ultimately the story isn't even my own. I could never have written something that takes YEARS of pain and turns it into a lifetime of SERVICE and EMPATHY. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We need each other.
There is someone that needs your truth.
You don't have to put it in peoples faces.
Just put it out there.
Do it for the ones who may say, "me too.”

My 2019 is starting tomorrow... Who’s with me?! ✨
I was finally able to sit down with a clear mind (and clear nose - s/o to being sick the first week of the year) to reflect on 2018’s highs/lows & set some intentions for the New Year 💃🏻🙌🏻 .
As cliché as it may be, there’s just something energizing about a fresh start and a blank canvas. I’ll spare you from the boredom of telling you all my intentions, but one I think we could all share is this ——- “If it’s not a ‘HELL YES’ it’s a ‘NO.’” 🎉

"You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee? "Well because someone bumped into me, of course!" Right?... WRONG answer!
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
👏🏻Whatever is inside the cup, is what will spill out.👏🏻
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. .
So we have to ask ourselves... “WHAT is in MY cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?
Or anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions? .
I am going to work toward filling my cup with: kindness, consistency, gratitude, forgiveness, persistence, compassion, and radiant LOVE ✨ .
