We began introducing Yoga as a support in primary and post primary schools in 2012, empowering young people to maintain their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Rediscovering a sense of ease and balance in life through our own Yoga practice, we as parents and yoga instructors wish to share these ancient Yoga techniques with students and teachers through our local schools.
