We will deliver up-to-date, compassionate care across the spectrum from health to complex illness. Our team of Internal Medicine and Family Practice doctors and Advanced Practice Clinicians are specialists dedicated to applying their scientific knowledge and clinical expertise

to the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults across the spectrum from health to complex illness. They have special training in cardiology, hematology, nephrology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, infections disease, oncology, rheumatology , geriatrics, adolescent medicine, allergy and immunology, and sports medicine. Along with the care providers, the nursing team and staff at CPH is committed to providing timely, high quality care and to bring to patients an understanding of wellness, disease prevention, and health promotion. We work as a team to always treat our patients with dignity, courtesy and careful attention while providing compassionate and comprehensive primary care. Our board certified internists develop and maintain the hospitalist program at Montrose Memorial Hospital. We are on-call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Our physicians deliver outstanding inpatient care and coordinate post-hospitalization care to ensure appropriate follow-up. Our patients experience shorter lengths of stay and they report exceptional patient-physician communication.
