Here’s my take:

Affirmations can be a beautiful tool when they’re felt, not forced.

When they connect with your truth,not bypass your reality.

Used with intention, they can gently rewire limiting beliefs. give a list of hastags for the college
But without reflection or inner work, they can feel like empty words.
