Does your upper back hurt a lot?

You're not alone. With so many people spending time on their phones and laptops, upper back pain is a pretty common problem.

Happy Monday guys!

If you're a desk worker, you're likely going to spend 25-40 hours at your desk this week.

What you don't want to do, is to spend all that time sitting with bad posture and hurting up your back. Here are four different ways you can do that while working.

This week, when you find yourself in one of these positions, remember that it won't serve you well, and make a better decision for your back; stand up, walk around, and sit back down with better posture.
