What am I about?

My mission is to get to the root cause of what's keeping you from living a life full of vibrant, pain-free energy. Having a clear, calm mind, amazing sleep and getting back to doing what you love.

I understand what it means to be sick!

Like you, I have been living the real, raw craziness of being a woman, a mom, a wife, struggling to not just hang on for the ride but trying to actually thrive, have the energy to keep up with my kids and the motivation to do the activities that make me feel ALIVE!

I use a combination of functional lab testing, integrative nutrition and lifestyle changes to get to the root cause of even the most stubborn health problems.
