Words are powerful—learn to reframe them. It doesn’t matter who you are, nearly everyone experiences self-criticism and an inner-critic at some point. But, you can learn to talk back to it—you can soften it, rewire it, flip the script, reframe it!

The most powerful words are the ones we tell ourselves. Your inner dialogue is vital to your wellbeing. The inner-critic can be self sabotaging. Reframe your mindset. Instead of, “I can’t do this,” try “It may be difficult but I’ll take one step at a time.” It’s progress over perfection. Remember, the most powerful words are the ones we tell ourselves. —

Please share if you can. Thanks.
