Movement is Soul Medicine
Being connected to your embodied experience (aka your ‘soft breathing body’) returns you to yourself.
Returns you to the here and now - the peaceful present.
Returns you to your powerful, unshakeable Self 💪😌
Vs. living in the land of future worries and fears, i.e, scary thinking! 😱
I’m pretty sure we all know what that’s like these days!!
Here are some of the things I do (and i def don’t have a strict routine!)
It looks a little different most days, like…
☀️ A short, 10-20-minute somatic movement session on the floor to stretch out and release stiffness and tension
☀️ Or a 15-minute sequence of qigong flows to help me wake up, settle my mind and body, and focus.
☀️ Or, I let my frustrations out + tap into my silly side with a dance break to my favorite pop tunes in the morning or afternoon.
