Lymphatic massage has these positive effects:

🙌 Activates lymph function and lymph circulation.
🙌 The increase of lymph in the lymph nodes stimulates the immune system, activating antigen/antibody reactions.
🙌 Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation effect).

Most people have heard about lymphatic massage but it is important to note this is a specialized massage and it may be difficult to find a practitioner.

There is also technology available 💜🤍💜🤍, to mimic the movement of the lymphatic system and encourage drainage. Schedule your visit today ⬇️

In order for the water to be absorbed and used inside and outside your cells there has to be a mineral balance. There are little pumps that push water and nutrients back and forth in your cells and these are activated by natural minerals – like salts.

One of the main causes of water retention is due to eating too much salty food. Table salt or iodized salt is simply sodium chloride with added synthetic iodine, when ingested in large amounts it has been linked to cardiovascular disease. It is a commercialised option but no nutritional value.

It is recommended to instead use naturally occurring salt like Celtic Sea Salt, Himalayan Mineral Salt or Concentrated Mineral Drops. This is basically a multi-mineral supplement in the most natural and easily absorbed form. It helps draw all your water into your cells, so you hydrate efficiently and water won’t just pass straight through you.

Raw fruits and vegetables are rich in enzymes and acids which are powerful lymph cleansers.

Specifically beetroot, dark leafy greens, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cranberries and citrus fruits. These are fantastic foods for cleansing the lymphatic system.
Check out the link to see how our family of 5 eats over 30 fruits & veggies everyday. Simple. 🍎🍋⬇️
