Our Story

My Wellness journey started in 2013 while on the search for an alternative lifestyle to help my youngest son after he suffered two traumatic events.

After extensive research I found healthy eating was not the only way to help my Autistic boys. I learned our toothpaste, deodorant, my makeup, the bleach in the bathroom, the room sprays, the soap were all part of the big picture that was making us sick.
