Due to the forecasted inclement weather for Friday, February 14th, we have decided to provide telephone appointments only and our office will be closed. Our staff will be working from home so you may receive calls from a blocked ID. Unfortunately, they will not be able to receive inbound calls. Please join us in giving Dr. Folashade Adefemi (Dr. Fola) a very warm welcome to Broadway Family Health Clinic!! We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Fola will be joining us beginning February 26th, 2024.

Any patient previously registered with Dr. Gunson will be registered with Dr. Fola.

If you have already found a new family physician please let us know so that we can update our records.

Dr. Gunson finished December 29th, 2023 therefore any investigations completed (blood work, pap smears, imaging, specialty appointments, etc) reported between Dec 29-Feb 26th will not have been reviewed. You will need to review those tests with Dr. Fola at your next appointment.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting new patients at this time; we will make a further announcement in the future if/when we are able to take on new patients.

We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding throughout all of our changes these last few months. Due to the addition of Dr. Fola we will have some changes to telephone extensions again; we apologize for any confusion this may cause.

Dr. Callahan and Dr. Griffin extension 231, window 1 (right)
Dr. Ryan extension 221, window 2 (center)
Drs. Smallwood/Brown and Dr. Fola extension 222, window 3 (left)
