Evidence-Based Fitness Critical Reviews of Fitness Research I'm Bryan Chung. I'm a plastic/hand surgeon and a PhD methodologist in musculoskeletal health.

My research interests include the design and execution of randomized controlled trials and other studies of efficacy; development and validation of outcome tools; and scientific literature reporting standards and guidelines as well as research dissemination and knowledge transfer. EBF is a blog that discusses fitness and nutrition research and uses scientific papers as case studies on making fitness and nutrition choices based on available systematic evidence, as opposed to story-telling, or anecdotal evidence. Mostly, this is here because EBF gets updated so intermittently, it's a good way to get alerted when it does.

'Like' this page to get alerts when EBF is updated sporadically!
