Green Power Smoothie with Californian Spirulina 🍏🥒🌱

Ingredients:
1 green apple 🍏
1/2 cucumber 🥒
1 teaspoon of Californian Spirulina 🌊
2 celery stalks 🌿

Boules de spiruline aux piments, aux dattes et à Gandalf !

La spiruline est un super aliment extraordinaire ! Elle est une excellente source de protéines et contient des vitamines A, K1, K2, B12, du fer et du manganèse ! De plus, elle aide à désintoxiquer les métaux lourds et à prévenir le cancer. Cela vaut donc la peine d'incorporer un peu de cette substance magique dans votre régime alimentaire !

Ingrédients
* 1 tasse de pepitas trempés pendant 6 heures ou toute la nuit
* 1/2 tasse de dattes medjool dénoyautées
* 1/2 tasse de noix de coco râpée
* 1/2 cuillère à soupe de poudre de spiruline
Instructions
1. Bien égoutter les pepitas. Les mettre dans un robot culinaire et les fouetter pendant quelques minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient friables. Ajouter ensuite les dattes et fouetter jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien incorporées. Ajouter ensuite la noix de coco et faire de même. Enfin, ajouter la spiruline et mélanger jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien incorporée. Former des boules et les conserver au réfrigérateur. Donne environ 12 boules

Pepita, Date& Gandalf Spirulina Balls!

Spirulina is one amazing super food! It’s a great source of protein and has Vitamins A, K1, K2, B12, iron and manganese! Plus helps detox heavy metals and prevent cancer. it So it’s worth incorporating some of this magical stuff into your diet!

Ingredients
* 1 cup pepitas soaked for 6 hours or overnight
* 1/2 cup medjool dates pitted
* 1/2 cup shredded coconut
* 1/2 Tbsp Spirulina powder
Instructions
1. Drain the pepitas well. Then add to a food processor and whizz for a few minutes until crumbly. Then add the dates and whizz till well incorporated. Then add the coconut and do the same. Lastly add the Spirulina and blend until that is well incorporated. Form into balls and store in the fridge. Makes about 12 balls
