My simple principles for being successful. Get a book or two. Get oils in body. It’s hard to mess up.

I knew essential oils had reached a new level of popularity when I saw roller balls at the dollar store for, yes, a buck!
15 years ago when I started using oils, I was one of a few who even knew what they were.
So are they fads or here to stay?
Probably a bit of both.
Some got into oils but haven’t taken time to learn amd have lost interest. That’s ok.
Others like me have dove in and am constantly using oils for issues to numerous to list. I enjoy having something natural and easy to use.
Where are you in your oil journey? Just getting started? Wishing you knew more? Seasoned Veteren?

Yes if you eat a ton of sugar and processed food, then wear wet dirty socks your feet will get a bit nasty. .
There is no shame. Our standard American diets easily can lead to imbalances in our guts. Fungal infections come out in many ways. For girls we often get yeast infections.
Yes there is a fix. Clean up your diet yes. But in the meantime a good anti fungal oil will help tons. Both tea tree and Manuka will help. arborvitae is also an option for those who have that laying around. Dilute woth fco and apply. I make the boys use a roller but they have to roll the oil on hands, apply to feet and then wash hands.
Girls, yeast infections are taken care of a bit differently. But that’s for another day.

Sitting here connecting with my customers, many of whom are friends, by the fire doesn’t feel like work. Especially since my kids are cleaning the house while I do it. My only complaint....suffering half the day with cramps before I used my clary calm. Sometimes I forget I can’t just buy oils. I have to actually use them to be successful. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just some quick late night rollerball making. My oldest daughter has terrible bunions. Like seriously....the poor thing is only 15 and they bother her daily.
I went to the internet to find what oils to use and was rolling my eyes immediately at the suggestions. Lemon to make her feet smell good!! I don’t need that I need the pain to go away! So like usual I whipped up a blend using common sense. What oils help woth inflammation? Copiaba, tumeric which in out of so it got added to my buy list.
What oils are good for pain? Wintergreen, but I am not a fan of the cooling sensation personally and her bunion is sensitive so that was replaced with lemongrass. I also added rosemary, marjoram and chamomile.
She will have to use her roller often to get results. Things like bunions don’t disappear with one application. So to be continued......
