no filter, only film 📸 I really love this trend going back to film cameras . it brings back such a sense of nostalgia. there is this delayed gratification not being able to see the result immediately which i feel like is so important and really missing in today’s society. we want everything and we want it now. we can forget what’s it’s like to live with patience, for ourselves and one another. for life. i love not being able
to see the result right away, so we can’t fixate on getting it right or perfect. it’s just these true raw real moments captured, not filtered or fabricated. just here and now. ❤️

What a dream to touch down in Maui 🌺 this is truly a heart beat in many ways for the world. Everyone has been sharing with such a heart to serve. Imagine 4000 + family homes burned, and rebuilding. The resilience and compassion of the hearts of everyone here is unmatched. It’s been a learning experience to talk story and hear the ways we can bring more love, peace and harmony to the world through this experience. There is so much more to share and to come. I am so grateful to Malia and Paulo for their hospitality and love. Mahalo. Aloha.

Grateful for the privledge to be invited to speak on a panel and participate in the World Summit for Women and Girls by in London, UK representing . To be in a room with such powerful, influential and heartfelt people (mostly women!) has been humbling, empowering, motivating and inspiring. I will share more about the time here as it’s been very uplifting and activating. Stay tune for a clip for one of the panel talks… ❤️ feeling excited for what is to come. There is so much to be and do everyone.

If we over complicate it, we can always go back to simplify.

What can I let go of today?

Right now?

Drop it.

I would choose to break my heart open again, and again, and again forever, until there is nothing left to break.

Empty.

I would choose that again, and again, over the hardening of the heart.

Let the roughness, the hardness, the challenges of this world soften your precious hearts.

May those moments of breaking be reminders of what we are growing from…

The bitter and yet oh so sweet taste of expansion.

The presence of deeper layers of self, of source, of the greatest light peaking through the darkness.

The child within us is always there and she’s our greatest teacher and friend.

Love her, nurture her and cherish her close.

Say love, peace and harmony without saying love, peace and harmony… 🤎

Remembering deeper that we have a purpose here, and that peace is possible and it starts here and now.

I feel a personal responsibility as a human to walk a path of peace and non-violence. I have always felt this and now have a deeper understanding why.

Dr Martin Luther King Jr is a living example. I say living because he is in each of our hearts and leaves a legacy of compassionate action and courage. He lives through us.

I’ve realized deeper recently that we may think we are okay, but we are living in a bubble.

How can we see our brothers and sisters suffering around the world and feel that is okay?

How can we not feel a burning desire to make a change? To do something different? To stand up for peace.

Regular day to day activities do not excite me.

I want to make a difference in someone’s life. I want to see them smile. I want to see harmony and justice in the world. I want to see war stop. I want to see people have clean water and food to eat.

I want a world of love, peace and harmony.

I have heard people say that it’s hopeless, too optimistic, unrealistic and more.

That is from their perception, I see it a different way.

I see the possibilities. I see the way. I do not need you to light the way because I know I am the light. We all are the light. We all have the power to walk this way.

It gives them new self respect; it calls up resources of strength and courage that they did not know they had. Finally, it reaches the oppressor, and so stirs his conscience that reconciliation becomes a reality.” - MLK

Southern hospitality is real… IRRLY ATL ❤️ it’s been such a great blessing to connect with beautiful souls using every day to make their community a more uplifted, connected, united, harmonious and peaceful space.

There is so much about Atlanta that is unique and special.

Meeting the APEC community who has been using love, peace and harmony as a part of their company philosophy has been so inspiring.

There are ways we can transform systems we exist within to be better suited for everyone, and filled with more love, care and compassion.

They are a true example of this, and I feel beyond grateful to be learning from them and witness this movement.

To do so on these lands where civil rights leaders have sat, spoken and acted… with those who have sat with them, is a dream.
