I am a busy mom of three kids who feared exercise for a long time and didn't know that what I was eating was not entirely healthy. After having a craniotomy to remove a brain tumor right after my 40th birthday, I realized I wasn't as invincible as I thought, and that I want to be on this earth for my husband and kids for as long as possible. I love to cook and the clean eating part came easy to me

, but it took me several years of failed attempts at various workout regimens to realize how to live a healthy balanced lifestyle that I love! Fourteen pounds lighter with a new physique and energy for daily life, I decided to become a Fitness, Nutrition & Motivational Coach to enable sharing my knowledge & support to help others learn to live a healthier life with the faith over the fear that anyone can be healthy, happy & fit!

He did it! Dylan graduated from Nichols College, with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology. We are so incredibly proud of him!

Our family is heartbroken to announce the passing of our sweet Maggie Mae. Maggie was known for her love for every person or animal she met. Everyone was her friend. We adopted Maggie 11.5 years ago in Maine & although every place made her happy, Maine was her ultimate happy place. Rides on the boat, hikes in the woods, rolls in the snow and anything and everything with our family. We are SO blessed for all of the memories, love, and joy she brought into our lives.
