Not sure where to go when you’re sick or injured? Here’s a quick guide:

🏥 Urgent Care – Best for:

Sprains & minor broken bones
Cough, cold, flu
Ear infections, rashes
Cuts needing stitches (but not severe bleeding)
Mild allergic reactions

🚨 Emergency Room – Best for:

Chest pain or difficulty breathing
Severe bleeding or head injury
Sudden weakness, numbness, or trouble speaking
Major burns
Serious accidents

💡 Rule of thumb: If it’s life-threatening or could cause permanent harm, head to the ER. For everything else, urgent care can get you treated faster and often for less cost.
