Introducing: The Four Seasons Blend, a yoni steam herbal blend specifically made for women with shorter cycles (26 days or fewer).

Astragalus: Helps lengthen short cycle; known in Chinese medicine as a "chi toner" for the uterus; antimicrobial and can fight infection.

Nettle: Detoxifying and very nutritious; uterine tonic; improves fertility; blood building; kidney and liver tonic; reduces the harmful effects of stress on the body; cleansing; astringent and can stop heavy bleeding and improve iron levels from blood loss; decreases severity of cramps.
