The World Health Organisation declared *climate change* as the *greatest threat* to global health in the 21st century. *Urgent action* is necessary, as well as a *collaborative effort* to assist mitigate the negative consequences.

The Global Health Café is thrilled to announce an exciting online event where the audience will be updated on the *current state of climate and health* 🌍🌳

Particular emphasis will be on:

▪️ Understanding *climate justice* and its implications

▪️ Highlight the link between *climate change* and *health inequalities*

▪️ *Actions* that can be taken *locally* and *globally* to fight climate change.

We will be joined by two panel experts, *Rhiannon Osborne* and *Amit Singh*, from Students for Global Health. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A session, a great chance for you to ask relevant questions.

Introducing our next speaker Dr Ni Ni Tun PhD Fellow at the University of Antwerp.

Dr Ni Ni Tun started at work as HIV/TB national coordinator with Médécins sans Frontières in Myanmar in 2003. She has trained about 1000 local doctors related with HIV, TB case management, STD and malnutrition. Moreover, Nini was trained for screening and treatment of CMV retinitis in HIV patients in 2006 and has treated about 600 CMV retinitis patients and trained about 1000 national doctors together with her trainer, Dr David Heiden (consultant Uveitis, Sanfrancisco). In 2009, Nini has joined with a new medical organization, Medical Action Myanmar, with which Nini is working as a medical director, supervising the prevention and treatment program of HIV, TB, malaria and malnutrition program. Furthermore, Nini is the lead for HIV innovative research for the Myanmar Oxford Clinical Research Unit (MOCRU). MOCRU is a new tropical medical research organization formed as an extension of the medical research activities of the University of Oxford in Southeast Asia.

In 2019, Ni Ni is working as HIV innovative and research advisor for Medical Action Myanmar and Myanmar Oxford Clinical Research Unit. Currently, she is also the PhD Fellow student at the University of Antwerp, Belgium with the research areas of rrelevant interventions to tackle the gaps in HIV prevention and treatment care in Key Affected Populations (KAPs), Myanmar.

Introducing our next speaker Dr Ni Ni Tun PhD Fellow at the University of Antwerp.

Miss Eva Celaya has a nursing degree from King's College London, a postgraduate diploma in tropical nursing from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and an MSc in Medical Education from University College London.

Eva has worked at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London for over twenty years. She worked clinically on HIV for the first ten years of her career, caring for people living with HIV in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as research and oncology units. Eva has collaborated on many initiatives across the world, mostly in developed countries, with a number of different organizations (NGOs), in a variety of positions ranging from management to field work in infectious diseases. She moved to Myanmar a couple years ago to work as a nurse educator with Medical Action Myanmar, a local NGO interested in HIV prevention and control.

She now leads the Clinical Skills Department at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where she teaches nurses and medical doctors the practical skills required to prepare them for day-to-day clinical work.
