i have in barked on a journey to return my health and fitness back to what it was like before i started as a salesman i go tired of coming home crashing in the house with no energy to play with my son. i was sick of staring in the mirror in disgust at what i had let my body become so i decided enough was enough and thought the use of a program i now come home and still have energy after work to pl
ay with my son i have dropped 25 kgs and am proud of what is staring back at me in the mirror and am keen to keep on my road to health.
