My favorite tree on our property is changing. 🍂🍁 . .
Fall reminds me to stop and see change. Change is good, it’s progress, it’s moving forward, it’s a constant. You can rely on the fact that life changes. The leaves change into beautiful colors and then fall to the earth. The tree lays dormant until spring, where there is a rebirth. This process is beautiful. Just like the changes in life. 🍂🍂

I fight to become the best clinician I can for all the people I help to heal. This is my purpose, this is my why, this is who I am to my core. I love myself for all these reasons and more. “Healing” field trip with my buddy .mandykirkdpt today. We picked up some healing stones in Madison Heights! Each stone has a specific purpose of healing. We were advised to let the stones pick us. All 5 I choose have similar traits of intuition, hope, compassion and love. What a blessing to have this experience and have another avenue of healing. Next field trip for us... we are thinking Reiki class??!?! Stay tuned!! 👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️🙌🏼🙌🏼

We do not have to fall prey to our afflictions and our pain doesn’t define us. I love these word in the Course in Miracles. You have two choices be the victim or be the world.
