Cherry Bloom Yoga and Essential Oils

Welcome to Cherry Bloom Yoga. I am a recently qualified registered yoga teacher and love all things yoga and health.

Cherry Bloom Yoga I have recently just completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. I am not currently teaching at a yoga studio just yet, but will put up my schedule when I start. Private sessions are available upon request at my home on Auckland's North Shore. Minimum of 2 participants per class. $15 per person, per class. Classes are 60 minutes. My yoga journey only just began at the beginning of this year as I had heard of how good yoga was in general but also particularly helpful for people with anxiety and depression. This is something I have suffered from for years! After just a few classes I could feel the change yoga had given me. My body and mind felt nourished and more connected. It was through my personal experience in yoga that I decided I wanted to be a yoga teacher and give others the opportunity to feel good about themselves. I will be offering a safe, sustainable yoga practice for anyone and everyone. I have also completed a short course in Prenatal Yoga and will be completing my Postnatal Yoga studies in November as I have a special interest in teaching mums and mums-to-be from my personal experience as a mum and what our body goes through and needs during pregnancy. Essential Oils I have also recently been introduced to doTERRA essential oils and have attended quite a few workshops to find out more about their different uses and how to incorporate them in our everyday lifestyle. Each day I learn something new and gain more insight on how amazing these oils are. Practice this a couple of hours before bed.

Use a drop of Peppermint in water for a healthy, refreshing drink. Take one to two drops in a veggie capsule to alleviate occasional stomach upset. Or place one drop in the palm of your hand with one drop Wild Orange and one drop Frankincense and inhale for a mid-day pick-me-up. Rub the remaining oil onto the back of your neck and shoulders. Also great in the diffuser for a refreshing aroma through your home.
