500+ hour Polestar Pilates program focused on whole body wellness, healing through movement and mind-body-spirit connectivity. My training includes all of the Pilates apparatus and all levels of the exercises from beginner to advanced. In addition to the 500 hour

s certification in Pilates I am a certified as an Integrative Nurse Coach with AHNCC. My goal is to work with clients of all levels and support them in their journey towards wellness. I currently teach at Studio Helix in Northampton, MA and I continue to work as a Certified Case Manager helping elders improve their health and wellness.
