Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill visited the Primary Care Centre in Drumshanbo last Friday. She was accompanied by Minister Marian Harkin, as well as local TDs Frank Feighan, Eamon Scanlon and Drumshanbo Councillor Enda McGloin.

During the visit, Minister Carroll MacNeill met with us to discuss healthcare issues currently affecting the community. Our practice is now at full capacity.

All non-urgent health services are cancelled on Friday 24 January due to . This includes outpatient appointments in hospitals, clinics in primary care centres and day care services for older people. Services which involve staff travelling to client homes including home help, therapies, public health nursing are also cancelled.
