血液雷射照射
血液照射療法是出于治療原因血液暴露于雷射的過程。

歷史
靜脉雷射血液照射由俄羅斯研究人員Meshalkin和Sergievskiy實驗開發，並於1981年引入臨床實踐。
最初該方法用于治療心血管异常。

雷射血液輻射療法於2005年在德國獲得政府認證。在接下來的兩年中，該方法在德國，奧地利，瑞士，意大利和澳大利亞的300多個中心建立。

類型：

靜脉血液照射(侵入性方法）
靜脉內或血管內血液照射涉及通過將波長爲632.8nm的5mW氦 - 氖雷射産生的低水平雷射進入血管通道來進行血液的體內照射，通常前臂靜脉。

經皮血液照射（非侵入性方式）
經皮療法在具有大量血管（例如前臂）的區域中對未破損的皮膚施加雷射。由於皮膚充當血液的屏障，雷射的功率通常被提高以補償。 使用在He Ne10mW的雷射。

雷射血液照射的功能和性能：

• 改變生物特性，剝去脂肪層和紅細胞包裹的膽固醇。
• 提高活性和攜氧能力以及細胞的變形能力。
• 降低血液中中分子的濃度，改善血液流變學特性，降低甘油三酯和膽固醇，以有效治療和預防熱和腦

疾病。
• 改善血液粘稠度。
• 據稱它可以改善血液流動及其運輸活動。
• 糾正脂質代謝異常，維持平衡水平
• 對缺血性心腦血管疾病的治療作用。

Optical Fiber Epidural space locator
EDA500 uses a novel optical method to localize epidural space for anesthesia. The device emits 405nm laser wavelengths through Epidural optical fiber needle to reach tissue and identify optical reflective spectra. The wavelengths 405 nm differentiate epidural space from the ligamentum flavum. We then used a hollow stylet that contained optical fibers to place epidural needles in anesthesia. Real-time data were displayed on a TFT 8 inches screen and stored for analysis. EDA500 is a portable device which provides 8-12 hours operation by NiHM battery.

Optical Fiber Epidural Needle
An epidural needle is a needle used in a nonsurgical procedure to inject an anesthetic and/or medication into the epidural space of the spine. This package includes Tuohy needle and optical needle , optical needle is inserted into Touhy needle, the optical needle includes 2 ways fiber, one for laser beam transmits to pinpoint,the other one gets signal from pinpoint. Touhy needle has length markings every 0.40 inch (1 cm) on the needle itself, to clearly show its depth of pe*******on.
In terms of length, an epidural needle is usually from about 3 inches (7.6 cm) to about 5 inches (12.7 cm). Epidural needle sizes are determined by the diameter of the needle lumen, or inner tube. Gauge sizing is designated in an inverse relationship, with larger gauge numbers indicating smaller needle diameters.
