Here in the heart of the Roanoke Valley, we have two outpatient physical therapy clinics: one is located SW Roanoke County and the other in Salem close to Lewis Gale Hospital. We specialize in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation for all ages but also treat a variety of other conditions. We have a fun, friendly open atmosphere that patients enjoy while also motivating each other to achieve their g

oals. Awards we have received include best local therapist, best bedside manners and one of top clinics within the Blue Ridge region. We’ve worked hard to address the needs of our community working hand-in-hand with local physicians to deliver a high quality of care.

Try these 3️⃣ simple stretches a few times a day, to alleviate carpal tunnel pain. 👉️ https://nuvi.me/ltcg0l. If you still have pain and need more help, come to the clinic and get it checked out. Carpal tunnel is an overuse injury, which means without change, it will likely get worse 😬.
