While I am obviously not an artist by any stretch of the imagination, I do love to di**le while giving readings. I almost always receive impressions, whether they be past, present or future. It is absolutely possible to pick up impressions for something that hasn't happened yet. I've done it many times during my career as a medium/psychic.

If you were to share every intrusive thought you've ever had about someone directly with them, chances are you'd lose that friendship. 😳

Thoughts are slippery things. They shift, morph, and sometimes arrive uninvited. Some days, we might have thoughts about someone that—if spoken aloud—would be deeply hurtful. 🥺

Intrusive thoughts are just that—intrusions. They’re not sacred truths. They’re not divine downloads. They’re often echoes of our own discomfort, projections, or unprocessed pain. If a thought feels cruel, don’t say it. Instead, ask:

Why am I thinking this?

Where is it coming from?

Does sharing it serve anyone’s healing?

I’ve met people who pride themselves on “saying whatever they feel.” They call it authenticity. But often, it’s unfiltered trauma masquerading as power. That’s not truth—it’s harm.

Many might hide behind the power of the throat chakra, stating, "I'm just speaking my truth." That's not what they're doing at all. Using your throat chakra to speak your truth is a sacred act.
