I love my family more than anything in life, and my ultimate happiness is to spend as much quality time as I possibly can with my family before I die.
It’s real simple - I’m trying to live as long as possible, and while I’m alive I want to create my best self and perform at my highest and best abilities both mentally and physically, and accomplish all of my goals in life.
At the end of the day, I think most people want to live their longest and perform their best.
I also want to create a legacy and live my life with purpose. I want to positively impact as many people as I can.
The way that I’m doing this is by focusing on living a healthy lifestyle.
If you have life, you have energy. Food, water, energy, and sunlight are the sources of our fuel for life.
Time is our most valuable asset. You’re aware of that. To me, living until I’m 100 years old is a much better outcome than living until I’m only 60 years old.
Not only that, but I want to perform and live my life to my fullest abilities and capacity as I live with purpose for those 100+ years I’m actively trying and expecting to live.
The problem with time, our most valuable asset, is that we can’t slow it down or stop it AND it decreases in “value” every day.
Adding years to your lifespan is essentially like buying time. The way you first begin to buy time, is by prioritizing and understanding your health.
Nutrition is the key, because food is medicine.
Why would you not prioritize your health? It’s the fundamental source of staying alive. It’s not necessarily your fault if you haven’t been.
Society has made it easy to forget the basics and fundamentals of life. Plus, there are many people on Earth that make money from people being unhealthy and battling illness and disease. There is no financial gain from someone who is healthy, so to some the goal is to actually KEEP you unhealthy and there’s many ways they do so...
But if you can begin to think very fundamentally for a moment that you’re a human being with a life, and if you have life your body is filled with energy. Life = Energy.
The ship that you guide and direct throughout your life is your body, with the command center being your mind and emotions. I feel it would be in your best interest to fuel your ship (mind, body, soul) as efficiently and optimally as possible with the purest forms of energy, if you’re looking to create the greatest possible outcome for yourself and your life.
If energy is what provides you life, then it makes sense to understand what that fuel and energy needs to consist of. It’s important to know where you need to find this energy so you may feed your mind, body, and soul with exactly what it needs in it’s purest and most useful forms.
In order to reach higher levels of consciousness, well-being, and performance, you have to provide your body with what it was designed and created to consume, breakdown, and utilize.
Fueling your driving force improperly will lead to subpar results.
The elements that your body is exposed to and consumes on a daily basis should be as pure and helpful to your body as absolutely possible in order to create the greatest outcome.
Now, I realize that there are many unwanted things in our atmosphere and environment that enter into our body, willingly and unwillingly. Understanding how to rid the useless and harmful materials is equally half the battle.
That’s logical.
There’s nothing extreme here, but a lot of times we overlook it or aren’t even aware of it.
The issue is that we do not focus on a healthy lifestyle as much as we should, because of a lack of knowledge, awareness, and prioritization to it’s massive importance.
Your life is what you create it to be, so love the life you create.
Your lifestyle is what your life is centered around.
A happy life is the most fulfilling and ultimate win. Combining lifestyle + happiness + health is how I feel you create your greatest life.
I believe we have one life so I live my life like that, everyday, to the best of my abilities.
The fundamental elements, knowledge, and awareness of what creates the healthiest human and allows you to extend your lifespan should be common knowledge.
It should be something that every family focuses on and prioritizes highly.
Don’t be extreme. Don’t be obsessed. Just have a knowledgeable understanding of how to be healthy, and how to live and extend your lifespan to it’s fullest.
Being healthy is understanding how to function optimally within your personal lifestyle, throughout your life, so that you can reach your full potential and perform at your highest human levels, meanwhile prolonging your lifespan along the way.
Your health refers to your overall well-being. You are the sum of all of your parts. All the parts that make you a living being. Your mind. Your body. Your soul.
The human mind, body, and soul all have incredible and amazing capabilities.
You don’t need to be a doctor or a scientist to understand how YOUR body can perform at it’s highest level throughout your life.
Find your purpose. Make an impact. Prioritize your health. Perform better in your life and reach your true potential, and extend your lifespan as long as you possibly can.
