Blood sugar affects way more than just your numbers.
It influences your energy, focus, mood, sleep, and how steady your body feels day to day.
What surprised me most was realizing that things didn’t improve because I tried harder.
They improved when I supported my body differently.
Once I stopped treating blood sugar like a discipline problem and started listening to what my body needed, everything felt more manageable.
