We are a boutique fitness studio offering a unique and dynamic approach to Pilates that combines the principles of Pilates with the grace and fluidity of dance. We chose the name Dancilates because it represents the fusion of our two favorite things - dance and Pilates. Check out our classes and experience the best of both worlds! We offer a variety of classes and services, including Pilates mat classes, Pilates on a reformer, dance conditioning, and dance confidence and coaching.

Our team of certified Pilates and dance conditioning instructors is passionate about helping you reach your full potential. We have extensive experience in teaching Pilates to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, and we are committed to helping you achieve your specific goals.
